There were 3 of us who decided to go: Ye, Katrin and me. I'd thought Lassen would be a nice place, especially before it got too hot and dry with the summer. Unfortunately, the weather was, to put it mildly, uncooperative. There was still a lot of snow, and it rained. So while the hiking wasn't too spectacular, the scenery was. After two days, we headed south to Lake Tahoe for our final night. All in all quite scenic, though perhaps not the sort of exercise I had hoped for.
